Terms & Conditions:

• • Guests purchasing tickets on the company website is required to carry the E-ticket/SMS and a photo id and present to the company staff at the Guest’s Preferred Boarding Point.
• • The ticket entitles the Passenger to use the services during the operational hours of the Travel Day & Date.
• • The Passenger/s must keep their ticket/s safe. Passengers found traveling without a valid Ticket will be charged the full ticket price for a replacement ticket.
• • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• • The Company reserves the right to deviate from the route of the service in the event of traffic jam/traffic diversions, public rallies, riots, rain effected diversions, VVIP movements or such other similar incidences beyond the control of the management. It is further clarified that the Company will not be liable to refund the ticket amount in any such case and hence such claims will not be entertained.
• • The Company reserves the right to deviate from the route of a service in the event of traffic jams or for circumstance beyond the Company's control.
• • Please take care of all personal property. The Company is not responsible for any loss of goods of property of the Passengers.
• • The company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to negligence by the company, in which case our liability is limited for damage to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price.
• • Tickets purchased from Company’s Agents, Resellers, Distributors will have to be approached for all such query pertaining to the ticket purchase or refund reschedule request.
• • The Company reserves the right to de-board the Passenger if his/her conduct is deemed is to be offensive or if the behaviour constitutes a risk to the safety of the passenger.
• • Passengers boarding from the start point are requested to report minimum 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
• • No refund will be made if the guests do not report on time at the pick up point for whatsoever reason and no refund will be made in such case.
• • Request for refund against ticket amount will not be applicable for no show by Passengers at the preferred boarding point.
• • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, carrying contraband and explosive articles is strictly prohibited on the bus.
• • The Company will have no liability in case of cancellation of tour due to reasons beyond the control of the Company.
• • The Company, its Directors, its Management and its agents accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or arising from any negligence, acts, omission, faults or defaults howsoever caused.
• • All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi only.
• • The ticket is to be retained till the end of the tour days and to be shown on demand before boarding the Vehicle.
• • For children who do not take seat, no charges. For children who take seats, adult fare will be charged. However, these criteria can be changed any time by the management in case of special offers/discounts.
• • No refund will be entertained in case of discount or promotional offers. In certain cases, management can consider request for reschedule.
• • Cancellation within 24 hours of the travel date – No refund.
• • Nationality claims can only be verified by valid Government photo id.
• • Services do not run on Festival days like: Diwali, Holi. Tour can be run on Monday as per management discretion.
• • By submitting any enquiry/booking form, you authorize hohodelhi.com to contact you for this enquiry/transaction and that such a phone call will be 'transactional' as per 'Telecom Regulatory Authority of India' rules.
• • Given a situation, the company reserves the rights to change the itinerary at last minute without prior intimation.
• • Company will not be responsible in case of any Natural calamities / Political conditions / Road conditions & other elements which are not within our control and are prevailing at the time of Tour.
• • Medical emergencies if any during the tour, the company will not be liable for any expenses, however medical assistance will be provided subject to all cost borne by the passenger.
• • No refund shall be payable: For any missed / unused services of the tour due to whatsoever reason.
• • Refund is not applicable within 24 hrs. of the tour departure time.
• • All disputes pertaining to the tour and any claim arising there under shall be subject to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Delhi only.
• • Company will not be responsible for any incidence happened during water sports, boat ride, horse riding, doli/palkhi.
• • Vehicles will be arranged as per the group size. It can be Car, Bus or Tempo Traveler.
• • Guest Relation Executive will be provided as per group size. (Minimum 8 Pax).
